- Small local business — 15€ per month
- Mid-sized business — 30€ per month
- Competitive industry — 50€ per month
- Enterprise/large business — 70€ per month
How Billing & Cancellations Work
- Monthly, in advance: All plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
- How to cancel: Email support@boostseo.live at least 3 days before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds: We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods after work has begun.
Standard Refund Eligibility
We aim to be fair. You may be eligible for a refund or credit in these situations:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges: Full refund of the erroneous amount.
- Unauthorized charge (card fraud): Provide bank/payment processor confirmation; we’ll refund the unauthorized charge if verified.
- Non-delivery caused by us: If we cannot commence agreed work within a reasonable timeframe after you’ve provided required access and materials, you may request a full refund for that month.
- Material failure to deliver defined deliverables: If we miss agreed, documented deliverables and cannot remedy within 14 days of your written notice, we will offer a reasonable partial refund or service credit.

Non-Refundable Items
- Work already performed, time spent, and in‑progress milestones in the current cycle.
- Third‑party costs (tools, ads, software) we purchase on your behalf.
- Fees from prior billing cycles.
- Taxes and currency conversion/FX fees (except where required by law).
Top 10 Ranking Guarantee
Each plan includes a “1 Top 10 Ranking Guarantee” for one agreed keyword. Details:
- What’s guaranteed: Achieve a top‑10 Google search position for one mutually agreed target keyword for your chosen country/location and language.
- Measurement: Google Search Console (average position ≤10 over a 28‑day window) or a mutually agreed reputable rank tracker. Results are location and device‑specific.
- Typical timeframe:
- Small local business, Mid‑sized business: typically within 90 days of kickoff.
- Competitive industry, Enterprise/large business: typically within 90–120 days.
The exact timeframe will be confirmed in your plan confirmation/SOW.
- Eligibility prerequisites:
- You implement (or authorize us to implement) recommended technical/on‑page fixes.
- The target page is indexable, accessible, and the site remains online.
- No conflicting SEO actions (e.g., spammy link schemes) are undertaken by third parties you control.
- Baseline visibility is reasonable for the target (e.g., within top 50 or otherwise agreed).
- Exclusions: Force majeure; significant algorithm updates or manual penalties; site migrations/redesigns or content removals you initiate without notice; product/service or geo changes altering keyword intent; legal/regulated niches with restrictions.
- Remedy if not achieved within the agreed timeframe (and prerequisites are met):
- Your choice of (a) one additional month of the same plan at no charge, or (b) a refund of your last monthly fee for that plan.
- One keyword at a time: The guarantee applies to one keyword per subscription/domain at a time. Once achieved and evidenced, the guarantee is considered fulfilled for that keyword.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or revenue beyond the specific guarantee above.
Upgrades, Downgrades, and Pauses
- Upgrades take effect immediately or next cycle (your choice). The fee difference for immediate upgrades is charged pro‑rata; no refunds for past periods.
- Downgrades apply from the next renewal; no refunds for the current cycle.
- Pauses: If you need to pause, contact us. We may allow a one‑cycle pause at our discretion; paused periods are not refundable.
Trials & Promotions
Any trial or promotional terms will be stated at sign‑up. If a promo includes a money‑back guarantee, those specific terms apply in addition to this Policy.
How to Request a Refund

- Include: account email, plan, invoice number, and reason (with any evidence, e.g., Search Console screenshots).
- Timing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).
Chargebacks
If you believe there’s an error, please contact us first. Filing an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension or termination of services; we reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with documentation.
Legal
This Policy doesn’t limit any non‑waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory “cooling‑off” rights, those rights apply as required by law. For business clients, once work begins, fees are generally non‑refundable except as expressly stated here.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
